Returns & Exchanges

At Elsmore Swim Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom team apparel and technical race suits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring your return directly to one of our retail storefronts.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
